IFS Financial Management

Our MD, Jeremy Miles graduated with a degree in financial economics in 1994. He first headed to the City, working for the quantitative fund manager, First Quadrant, before spending a year at State Street’s Munich office.

On returning to the UK in 2003, Jeremy established IFS.

Director Hugh Gibaud has worked as an IFA for over 20 years, and was a director of IFA promotions. Hugh is responsible for IT strategy & development.

Before joining the team, Hugh owned Morgan Gibuad Associates, which merged with IFS in 2008. Hugh is only too happy to talk with other IFAs about his experience.

Craig Desroy is a Chartered Financial Planner and has been an IFA since 1988 specialising in pensions and estate planning for private clients.

He has worked for the Chartered Insurance Institute on their examinations and written extensively in the media.

Inga Clarke completed Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Studies in her home country of Lithuania before starting a career in the UK training as an investment management specialist.

Inga acts as our head investment researcher.

Our finance director Mandy O'Hare, a former captain in the Royal Army Pay Corp, left the army to look after her three children, and met Jeremy as a client.

Mandy joined the IFS team in 2004 and now oversees all of our financial and FSA reporting, as well as all the management of the IFA accounts.

Our office manager, Lauren Barwood, joined IFS in 2009, having switched to us when we took over Priory Financial Management.

Lauren holds the Certificate in Financial Planning (CF1), oversees client reporting, and manages the administration team.
